We, tangata whenua of Nu Tireni, have an internationally recognised right to govern ourselves as Hapu.  FYI tangata whenua means Man of the land i.e. it is not a racial cause.  This right, which is defined in He Whakaputanga 1835, has been deliberately hidden and is now being violently suppressed by those desparate to assert misdirected power over us.

The "Treaty of Waitangi 1840" (TOW) is openly regarded as a fraud by the courts and NZ Police.  There are serious consequences for all living beings if we allow the Treaty of Waitangi fiction to have any credibility. After 170 years of living with this lie we are now starting to see the cost in terms of:

- foreign exploitation of our natural sources (e.g. mining, oil, water, fishing, foreshore and seabed)

- enforcement by foreign companies posing as government agencies (e.g. NZ land transport agency, NZ Police, NZ courts, the Crown),

- poor distribution of wealth amongst families and communities caused by such things as free trade internationally while we pay increased GST,

- monopolisation of our industries into foreign hands caused by such things as central award of contracts to foreign entities,

- the decline of morality in our society as measured by the break down of family units, white collar crime and normailsation of prejudice,

- an immigration policy that pushes tangata whenua out and brings in Crown sworn servants with no respect for common law.

You most likely have other things you could add to the list and they are all relevant.  The Sovereign Hapu of Nu Tireni Association believes that unless we address the root cause of these problems we will be ineffective at addressing them.  In our experience the collective political establishment is being aided and abetted by corrupt segments of the judiciary, the police, the Church and the civil service.  Indeed they comprise elements following the same agenda and system.

Furthermore, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, has been exposed as not having taken her oath in a way that binds her as protector of the faith.  The Royal line has also failed to point out that the Crown is a separate and articificial corporate entity.  It is evident that the principles of the Common Wealth have been misused to develop an autocratic and self serving system.

A political elite has for some time manipulated the electoral system to deprive the people of true democratic representation by constructing a party political system that has allowed, indeed encouraged, acts of treason to be committed.

As a direct consequence of imminent danger of allowing "Parliamentary sovereignty" to continue we are calling for all families of our nation to form into Hapu and as quickly as possible create a new paradigm  based on the principles of justice, equality, manatanga, haputanga, kaitiakitanga and tikanga.  At the same time it is our right to undertake campaigns to correct the existing system as seen under article 61 Magna Carta 1215.
